- Which makes not only the employees but also the managers responsible for the results with the principle of ''whoever has the authority, she/he has responsibility'',
- Which provides the personnel with the self-confidence and ability to use their talents with the concept of ''talent management''.
- Which manages reward processes with the principle of ''equality''.
